STAY AWAY! Long story short, if you reside in a Homeowners Association community, they will go to great lengths to write manipulated nuisance letters, with astronomical fees. They will also utilize your fees to pay an Attorney to send threatening and frivolous letters. Then, if you do not adhere or argue their intentions, attempt to sue in District Court of Nevada. Some of their tactics include: 1. vague letters, indicating a nuisance on your property. With a fee you must pay by a specific date, if not paid, additional charges could be filed 2. they send letters from an Attorney with threatening writing, before any legal and they file criminal concerns. If you do not agree with their fees and/or letters, they'll file a lawsuit. ***You must COUNTERCLAIM any and all accusations'*** If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reply to my negative review. As we believe this company should be shut-down for fraudulent claims, accusations, threats, and multiple violations of Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS). As to date [11th day of August, 2022] we are in litigations within District Court of Nevada, County of Clark regarding serious concerns with Thoroughbred Management Company. If you have any recommendations on a new community management for our community of 77 homes, please provide a suggestion. Once again, STAY AWAY from Thoroughbred Management Company, and said manager, Justin Rogers.

The Madison Hills community manager Amanda Jung Petrony was incredibly rude when I inquired about closing a case about a violation after I have already solved the issue. and she still not closing until the next hearing about two months ,when I call her , she is rude and hang up the phone before we were finished.

This association is attempting to fine me now for a dent in my garage door that has been there for, at minimum, 2 years and 10 months. This "damage" to the garage door was created prior to me owning the home because it is visible in the real estate listing photos. When I left a voicemail with the association pointing this out, I never received a call back. However, they had no issue in mailing me a second notification about the garage damage, threatening to charge a fee. Their attempt at charging me a fee for this damage is in direct violation of NRS 116.31031, which states an association cannot fine an owner for damage caused by a vehicle from a person delivering goods or performing a service. Additionally, I implore all homeowners who have received a similar notification from them to DEMAND an audit of their financial accounts (pursuant to NAC 116.550). This desperate cash grab for damage that is several years old is reasonable cause to investigate and audit the financial accounts for solvency.

They are very busy. They manage multiple communities. They recommend you email them and they also recommend you go to meetings.
Hello Ron D, Thanks for reaching out to us. Just call our office and ask for the Accounting Department. They can help you with this request. 702-515-2042 (Mon-Thur 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-2pm).
There is a mail drop opening on the left side of the double doors. I dropped off a deposit for my pool and called two business days later to confirm they received it. Please let me know if that helps.
