Terrible location for truckers picking up a load. Whoever the shipping manager is, they are not disclosing load situation (duration of drop trailer) or if they are, they are using freight brokers with no credit history who have no problem lying to carriers about the load and then disappearing. Safe to assume each load from here is either poorly managed or double brokered. Would really like to get to the bottom of this, but of course there is zero ways to contact anyone at the facility. If anyone from Amazon is reading this, feel free to respond so we can discuss. Meanwhile, each broker who attempts to scam carriers on these loads is getting reported.

You can return any item purchased through Amazon at any Koles Depertment store. No packaging necessary. Just show the clerk your return information on the Amazon website, they will scan the barcode and just like that your done!
It is not a customer facing building for Amazon. Its a warehouse used for storing the majority of returns on the west coast.
