Why no one ever picks up when I call? Even my bus dispatcher has made attempts to call to verify my appointment but the phone just keeps ringing. It’s l me this every day. What is wrong with this office. Very unprofessional.

They're closed on Fridays, sometimes it is difficult to contact them as they are a very busy practice....keep trying they'll get you eventually....or go there to schedule, idk??
