I have a brother in law (that is not legally married to my sister) He is now in the hospital for his final time. Can someone go the the license bureau for my Brother in law and sister to apply for a license where they can get married in the hospital

Your sister can do it if she does the required documents and his id. Everything is on their website. Just click on hospitalized person.

Nope you need ID to pick up your license..

I filled mine out on line but still had to go in with ID to pick up paperwork.
