I'm getting married on Dec. 29 this year, can I order our marriage license and get it in time , or would it just be better to go there and get license??

Yes, come to the south side of the regional justice center just up the steps.. it takes minutes to get your marriage license. DO NOT GO TO THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING! That is only for court cases.
