As of late June 2019, they accept this aforementioned insurance. This is the case for the visit. If you need prescriptions they too must be authorized to fill them.
They accept that insurance last I checked but it's not up to them if your insurance will pay for hrt. This clinic however operates on informed consent so if your insurance allows it, they'll most likely help you get on it.
