Nike stands behind their product and they have a real easy return policy. You just have to contact them on the phone or via email, and they will walk you through the steps. You will have to mail the sandals back so they can examine them. From that point, they will issue you a Nike gift card for equal amount. I hope this was helpful.

Lol they are worn and now broken. Throw them away get online and buy yourself another pair
