The BEST thrift store in this area! My daughter and I spend hours here. The sales are great!

I don't ever really complain about anything but I've been going to this SA thrift store location on 1130 E Silverado Ranch Blvd. And for the past few months there has been a customer who goes every morning and every morning when they open he goes to the back doors where the Employees come out with new items to put out and they ALWAYS give him first pick off their racks before they take them out to the rest of the floor and I find that VERY unfair. And they are so hush hush about it and whisper to him, "you want to take a look before we take these out?" And he just piles a mountain of new items in his cart before anyone else. It's just not right and fair in my opinion. But he also stays for HOURS, at least 5 hours a day inside the store so he can keep getting first pick with every new rack or cart they bring out full of stuff. If you check the store's cameras Im sure you will see this. It's been going on for months cause he is a reseller and customers are getting so annoyed. They place all the new racks and carts in a corner by their back door by the dresses so he can get first pick. Sorry, Im not trying to get anyone in trouble cause the employees are really nice, and maybe they are too intimidated to say no to him. But this just isnt fair to anyone else.

Nice customer service. Deals depending on what you are interested in. Clean store

This Salvation Army has great prices compared to the Goodwills and Saver's in the area. I've been going to this location regularly since they opened and have found a lot of cool stuff. Unfortunately, they always blare Christian radio so loud in the store. It's always so loud and abrasive and the content can be really offensive to people who don't worship magic sky daddy. It really ruins what would be an otherwise awesome thrifting experience. Wish I could enjoy treasure hunting without them shoving gawd down my throat, but what can you really expect from the SaLvAtiOn aRmY.
