I need to check on background check results that were never received. I call everyday, several times a day and wait on hold for over 30 minutes each time and I have emailed every day. How can I get ahold of someone to obtain results?

I agree with Lakia, reschedule another appointment. Go in face to face and ask for update.

Maybe schedule an appt online because you may not be able to just walk in there like you used to because of some Covid restrictions that are still in effect. Hope this helps.
