My husband and I took my car to Ideal Image to have it detailed. The car wasn't completed at the time that was given but that was no problem. When the technician brought the car out of the garage I immediately noticed white spots on my black car. I told my husband that the spots were not on the car when we brought it in. My husband spoke to the technician and he said that they were there and it was nothing he could do about it, he just kept wiping the car. I was very dissatisfied with this answer because I knew that the spots were not there. Although I was upset, my husband was calm, he and the technician went into the office and my husband paid for services and told the tech that we will never use your services again. This is when things went south...the next day my husband call Ideal to speak with Nick. He was going to tell him about the spots and everything else was ok. Nick asked, "who is this" very harshly. When my husband said his name, Nick's attitude changed, he got very hostile and started yelling about the way we treated the technician. Nothing was said to the tech out of the way. He didn't even ask what the problem was. The conversation about the spots were between my husband and I. He kept yelling at my husband and words were exchanged. Nick did not listen at all, just assumed and hung up. Bad customer service is a deal breaker for me. Although your work MAYBE ideal, your attitude towards customers needs ADJUSTING. We will not USE or RECOMMEND your services to ANYONE. Remember listening and not assuming makes your business Ideal.

I received fantastic service for my Mazda SUV. This mini SUV stays outside year round and hadn't seen a professionnal detailer in YEARS. After Ideal Image serviced it for me it looks like new! The paint looks restored, shiny and dealer lot ready. The price was VERY resasonable, the staff super polite and the results surpassed my expectations. Great job folks!
