0 stars if I could. I'll be the first to say- but I am not tech savvy. Add to that a language barrier with the support service that I had to buy, and you're looking at a ding dong who just dropped an extra $200 say that I can get extra frustrated with my problems. I have just spent 3 hours trying to talk to three separate techs - and we still haven't gotten past my email address - which is on all 4 open ticket claims. I am very close to putting everything in the garbage and finding a different company! This is horrible service for what is already a stressful situation. One of the techs just stopped talking - for 13 minutes - I could hear him breath and chew - but when I was asking, "can you hear me? Is anybody out there? HELLO?" - no reply, but I could hear the heavy breathing.

@NETGEAR Orbi wireless router purchased for home office in December 2021. It failed last Thursday and refurbished unit arrived 3 days late it never worked out of the box would connect and drop and connect ever other minute and would not connect with Satellites. Four different Tech's tried 4 hrs never worked. No manager available so we are waiting another week to get a replacement. BEWARE on purchasing from @NETGEAR even if you buy extended service there no no managers to help only overseas call center who read directly from their script. Think about it twice before buying a NETGEAR product for your business.

This company already made billions from US gov contracts and sales,They don't need consumer money and their customer service is proof of it,To get basic information on a router is very hard as you can barely understand the broken english and when you get someone they want to know the serial number of your device. As an interested potential buyer its sad you cannot even get information on the LAX20 rear antenna connectors,What type they are and if they work with internal antenna,And no answer on what are the antennas that are vertical on the sides of the router,One rep said they are for the wifi and another said they are the antenna that communicate to the cell towers.Unethical company to do this to the consumer,None of this information about the antenna ports on the rear on the netgear site,Or what the antennas on the side are for.

Their website is useless. I have not been able to get my AC2000 Wi Fi Router to work. I asked the salesperson at Walmart if this was easy to install. It isn't. At least mine isn't. I reconnected and am still using my much smaller Netgear router, but I will soon have one from another company. Their online support is useless. All you do is chase your own tail. Avoid these products.
