Hi Heaven, we pierce 12 and up on outer cartilage. We need to have your parent present with you to fill out paper work, along with both you and your parent's ID's (license, passport, school, etc) as well as a birth certificate or a health insurance card with both of your names on it so we can match up the ID's. Outer cartilage is between $35-55 depending on the jewelry you choose. Thank you!

Yes you can. You have to have a parent with you and you both have to have a valid form of ID. I believe a cartilage piercing at Element is about $40 per piercing.
