I never do this, but thought I had to. I was given a drop off date for a rolloff and on that day I called to verify the location. I was told that the rolloff isn't arriving for another month. No calls, emails, or communication regarding this even though they acknowledged the date it was supposed to be delivered. I had crews lined up based on this date and it could have pushed my project back a month if I could even get the subs to commit again. I filed a complaint to see if they could find another solution or a discount on services. A district manager was to call me in up to 2 days. It's been 2 weeks. I will never use this company.

*Edit* Changed from 1 to 4, because I got a call from the local office from the owner / manager who is a genuinely nice person. I was frustrated originally trying to figure out if I missed my pick up (my fault for not putting it out night before), but the phone tree is outsourced to other states and I spent over and hour trying to get an answer if it was missed or not.

Very communicative with me as a client….always on schedule and easy to work with as far as circumstantial schedule changes. Jennifer is great! Only beef I had was that some drivers failed to push the dumpster back up against the concrete landing after dumping it. Which left a gap which made it dangerous for possibly slipping a leg or foot or both in between concrete and dumpster. I usually pushed it into place with my snowplow or mower. Sometimes I could catch the driver to tell him.
