I have no problem getting my miles. The company went from 10,000 miles every 4 weeks to 9,500. Before that I was getting between 11,000 and 12,000 and still getting good home time. No bonuses for anything and all company equipment so everyone gets treated fair. Best company to work for hands down. Not sure about teams though. I'm a solo that's been with them for 7 months. Never short on miles
My hubby left because he could not maintain miles to keep insurance at lower rate, even though we were willing to run all miles given without question......
Does he get 9500 though? Is it a struggle to get the required mileage? My hubby will run whatever is given, I'm just trying to find out if the mileage is there.
Not sure about team drivers but my bf is a solo driver and has to make 9500 to stay a full time employee
