We work 5 to 6 day and then take 2 to 3 off. If you want full time to get the full benefits you must have 18500 miles a month so figure the miles and take off what you want. If you want part time you can take what ever you want. There just no benefits.

They have a slip seat relay back and forth to kingman Arizona, otr teams and solo get a dedicated truck. Generally I'm home every other night for my 10. You set your schedule, work as much or as little awd you want.

Solos from Springfield can run both directions. If heading west it will typically be into Texas but may go further west on occasion.

I have no problem getting my miles. The company went from 10,000 miles every 4 weeks to 9,500. Before that I was getting between 11,000 and 12,000 and still getting good home time. No bonuses for anything and all company equipment so everyone gets treated fair. Best company to work for hands down. Not sure about teams though. I'm a solo that's been with them for 7 months. Never short on miles

I'm only a solo driver myself, but my understanding is that they are always hiring any area we have a yard. Not because of turn over, but because of demand.
