Please check their website, or call to find the rates for the various types of licenses/ID cards. There is an additional fee for those paying with credit or debit cards, so cash or checks are recommended.
As far as I know all payment methods are accepted. As for cost you're better off just calling them and asking the people who you'll be paying how much it'll be.
