Would vote for negative star if allowed Bought a vehicle in september 2021 and on november 24 2021 vehicle caught fire told it would be reported which never was car mart had no record of the incident regardless of pictures and nitsa report i filed and submitted being a firemen i reported fire started in the headlight was told that couldnt happen by there mechanic not only can it happen it did and was also confirmed by another mechanic issues with them since

Don’t ever buy a car here just sold us a car with no working radio wants us to pay for it to fix it air doesn’t work and have electrical issues not even trying to fix the issue instead wants us to fix it only had the car 6 to 7 days after purchasing it 1,500$ down on a 19k car that’s not fully working never again

The paperwork you'll need to trade in your car at America's Car-Mart is the vehicle title, a valid, state-issued ID for all titleholders, registration and loan payoff information if you are still paying on your vehicle. Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.
