After deciding on what kind of refrigerator would fit into my limited space I gave them a call and spoke wit Rori. She was able to help me complete my decision and help out with delivery. She was quick with the email quote and the rest of my emails were answered very quickly. 5 star service!

Our refrigerator died… completely died on Friday of the July 4th long weekend. In a panic we went to a big box store. Realizing our options were very limited because the space where the refrigerator lives is sadly limited. We ordered what we could, told them earliest delivery could be made is July 13th. Preparing ourselves that we would just have to live out of a small cooler filled with ice for 2 weeks. So grateful that a neighbor told us about Tidewater. We drove over the next day. They had several in stock to choose from that would fit our space and they could make delivery in just a few days. Canceled the order from the chain store immediately. Our new fridge came today, delivery guys were AWESOME. Professional. Knowledgeable. A+! The sales team called us the morning of delivery when the fridge was being loaded onto the truck when they noticed a ding in the door (we purchased the floor model) they offered to either get a whole new fridge, replace the door or provide a credit. You just don’t get customer service like this from the big box stores. Couldn’t be any happier. Highly recommend Tidewater Appliance.

I bought a refrigerator/freezer but I had the wrong dimensions. My Sales Associate, Desiree Thomas, made corrections to my mistake and exchanged it for one that fit the dimensions I actually needed. She made my experience at Tidewater very pleasant. Thanks.

We purchased a top of the line GE dishwasher. We have had it about a week. Was on sale but still cost us about 1100. The sales girl stated that the top (3rd) shelve was adjustable. Was not. I think maybe she was thinking of a different …I'm sorry you're having a problem with your new dishwasher! You're right, none of the top shelves are adjustable but most of the middle shelves are adjustable, maybe that was the confusion. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help your repair be completed as quickly as possible. Thank you!
