A wonderful place for short and long term stays in the New Bern and MCAS Cherry Point area. RV spots are great and spaced out well. Facilities are great, especially the Farm House and indoor pool and whirlpool. Rates are competitive for long term stays.

Not much there overall not well kept. people not cleaning up after pets. Management seemed nice. Price was ok but i have stayed at other campground much cleaner and better maintained for about the same price.

I called well over 15 other campgrounds that were all booked up or just didn’t want to let us stay due to summer coming up and they’d make more money charging weekly rather than monthly but luckily found this one and the owner was so nice and moved some things around to make room for us! Which we are very grateful for because this park turned out to be one of the best parks we have stayed in from all the amenities, kind owners and staff! And to the other reviews talking about ants, your going to have ants anywhere you go that’s life, if there in your rig spray your own rig that’s not the owners place. To the owners and staff you all are doing great and we’re loving being here! My kids love the pool, pond and playground! Thanks for making room and taking us in! :)

We have stayed in the cabins and have enjoyed them very much. They are well built, roomy, beautiful and comfortable. The owners are always friendly and helpful. This campground is close to New Bern and we enjoyed going into town to see the sites. I am happy for the opportunities we have had to stay at Moonlight Lake RV and Cottages, and highly recommend it!

Was there the other day helping a friend set up a camper looked like a good size pond with some in there.

Yes cabins are pet friendly but you have clean up after them and there's a small fee for pet in the cabin's
