It was soooo much better than I thought it would be, what a great healthcare provider, exceeded even my widest expectations!!! My time with Laurie Peercy was not rushed, she was patient, asked thorough questions and provided me with TONS of valuable information, could not have been happier and am looking forward to establishing a "healthy" (no pun intended lol) on-going relationship. I highly recommend Oak Street Health to any Senior who is looking for health care. Because his Pimary doctor is retiring by the end of this year, my neighbor joined the Harwood Heights facility a month ago. He found out Tuesday that he has a detached retina. He saw the Specialist the next day. He needs clearance before the Specialist can schedule surgery. His Oak Street Health Primary very graciously arranged to see him and make sure all necessary tests were taken the following day! (Thursday) One stop service. The staff knows and understands the anxiety many seniors feel at times like this and helped him to relax and feel calm.
