this place was so clean and the staff was amazing. my nephew got hurt at the park and his ankle was broke. the nurse practioner was amazing with him hes only 2.5 so definitely scared. she made sure to distract him and sing baby shark and have fun with him. definitely a great place to go.

This seems to be a newer (or just updated?) OSF oncall urgent care center. Everyone was very nice and wonderful. It was a quick visit while still taking care of everything efficiently which I appreciated as well.

Calls are not being taken. After listening to the rather long greeting, a couple of times, your call is disconnected. Then I get to the Care Station near Central Ave, only to learn it is closed. Advised to go to the West Campus. I am in a fair amount of pain and really don’t feel well and I experienced, yet another inconvenience on the part of OSF Healthcare. Why wasn’t there a mention of the closure on the streaming voice message!?! I understand it’s going to be closed for awhile!
