To start, we were sold the wrong fuel pump for our vehicle, from a Yakima, WA. store as we were broke down in the mountains. We had to have the vehicle towed back home. We took the improper pump to the Tacoma, WA store to exchange it for the prooer one and the employee, Kela "Stole at least $39.00 if our money from the transaction stating we don't get the taxes from the original purchase I AM NOT IK WITH THIS!!!

The part may have been recently discontinued or may be on a back order for an indeterminate amount of time.
Yes. They do all of their human resources stuff online.
You would call the main corporate number and ask to speak to Risk Management so that they can resolve the issue.
As far as I am aware not after the part has been purchased. I'm unaware of any company that does that. Though they do price match during the purchase.
