There are other options in Springfield. Avoid this place at all costs. I believe I got $13 for about $35 or more worth of copper. It weighed 1.5 pounds less on their scales than on mine, amongst a few other shady things.

I’ve never known of a scrap yard local atleast that will take a Vehicle without a title period I have recycled many cars ect of every year size and age and ever time required clean title
I've been going to Springfield Iron and Metal for over 10 years, have check stubs to prove it, I took aluminum cans there, a truck and trailer load full, they turned me away, simply because there was a little bit of grass on some of the cans & said that McCoy's Iron & Metal, which is right down the road would not take them either! Well, low and behold, not only did they take them, they were also paying 5 cents higher! I won't be back to Spfld iron and Metal again, after all the years I've been loyal to them!! Better luck & prices at McCoy's!!

Yes, but you have to remove the compressor. They will purchase both
If you take the whole washer in as one you will get $0.10 a pound if you take the motor off you will get more for the motor strip to cover wires and it will bring a few dollars more but that's about it
I have a 1993 GMC Jimmy runs and drives don't have a title how much can I get for it for scrap or is there another option
