I need to get my tags changed from Florida to Missouri Tags. Florida stores the titles electronically. I am having trouble getting the title from Florida. There is no lienholder. Can Missouri issuie me tags without a paper copy of my Florida title? What other paperwork will I need?
I have a question I’m 18 I don’t have my license or permit but I do have my state ID and I was told by one of my friends dad is a former retired officer that I am always allowed to buy a car and get it registered with the license plate and tags how would I go about doing that?
