Yes, you sure can.
Be sure to take the paperwork on your boat trailer and motor too. Personal property tax receipts on the boat, trailer, and most outboard motors as well.
They might give you a run around if you don't have every paper. Even ones that you legaly don't need. So take everything on your boat with you be nice and if there is a run around make sure you ask for the manager and not deal with any of the regular staff from that point on.
