It does allow pets. It also has a dog park and fenced in yards.
I don't recommend this place! I don't know anyone who has anything but complaints. Fyi the few good reviews are bc the manager has given out $25 gift cards or credit to your rent( which is $13_1400). From yearly rent raises averaging $100 to the money they blow on unnecessary things like sealing the blacktop which had nothing wrong with it to installing recycling garbage cans that overflow with diapers n garbage that the service leaves notes saying they won't pick it up bc it's garbage and not recycling, and they mandate a $10 fee monthly for that! And the mandated basic cable just went up from$100 to $130!!!! We need new windows and better insect control!!! I know they have bed bugs in some units and tried to charge the new tenant $400 in one for the exterminator saying she must have brought them!!! But I knew the story of it bf she moved in!! I can't wait for my lease to end. 4 years and approx 5 diff managers in that time, yet all liars n no morals. BE WARNED!!
