This building has great potential it’s just in the hands of the wrong people I wish I was millionaire I would definitely buy this building and start over all it need is someone that cares about it and the people in it

This is one of the most terrible places ever my sink has been broken for months I’ve put in multiple work orders the whole building is infested with bed bugs I don’t understand how the health department hasn’t shut this building down yet the elevators always break down people have even gotten stuck on the elevators people piss in the halls the laundry rooms are crawling with bed bugs so if you wash your clothes there congratulations you have bed bugs

I believe they do. Just no felonies in the past 5 years. I just applied last year and it was a one year waiting list for a one bedroom.

You have to come in and fill out an application getting a two-bedroom it's going to be a wait they don't have too many two bedrooms
I was trying to figure out why these ppl never contacted me to let me know,app was denied?they say its pretty bad with the drugs as a matter of fact one i know told dont move in there ,she is a drug user and said drugs heavy in that place. My credit report locked bc of breaches.
Only service dogs, but you can have a cat or dog for companionship if you have a doctors note
