Awesome drunk food, precisely the kind of food you want to have after alcohol. Good hot dogs, although my chicken tenders were a tad bit raw in the middle.

Ive always thought it was common courtesy to not bring your dog into a restaurant unless it was a service dog. But as long as you didn't stay and eat with your dog sitting there I'm sure it wouldn't be a huge deal.
There are a few services in Binghamton that offer delivery services. You'd have to contact a service directly. Binghamton Hots does not have their own delivery service.
