It depends on the presale you would qualify for. Like Craig said, 4/10 @ 10 AM seems to be the earliest. Others are going on starting 4/10-4/13. There are Live Nation presales, CitiCard, Citi Preferred Seats, Dan & Shay, VIP Packages, Fan Club, etc...
