I just have to really praise Riverbends, we were there last Fri night and it was a nightmare, 8 arrests in front of me, I got bumped in the parking lot trying to get out by someone heavily intoxicated. I sent them an email on Sat, Monday morning I got a call from them and Tues they called back to tell me they were giving me 2 free pavilion tickets for anyone I want to see next season. In no way did I ever expect something like this but it really shows me they do care about their patrons.
