We purchased a winter jacket for our granddaughter at the Kenwood Macy's on Dec. 4, 2021. When the clerk found out it was going to NC, she offered to have it shipped by the store free of charge. How do we tract the shipment? Not received yet.

I'd recommend going to the store. There's plenty of staff there when I went. Maybe it's an old number. Either way, it's hard to ignore a person when they are standing in front of you.
