We purchased a winter jacket for our granddaughter at the Kenwood Macy's on Dec. 4, 2021. When the clerk found out it was going to NC, she offered to have it shipped by the store free of charge. How do we tract the shipment? Not received yet.

Confirm carrier i.e., USPS, UPS and use tracking number from store receipt. This can be done via phone for updates.

It taking a while is understandable, free shipping they aren't paying for premium shipping, but all the other advice on tracking from the receipt is correct
