Why is it we can not get any updates with community tax. We paid the money and can never get in touch with any one

I have called numerous times to my assigned attorney, her assistant , and my vase manager. No one answers or returns calls. So today I even tried the payment number.....no answer

I've never had any trouble. Someone is always calling me and texting me with updates on my case. I'm very satisfied!!
