Jim was very professional and courteous. He was also knowledgeable. However I can't say the same about all the workers which is why I only voted three stars. There was a caucasian older lady in her 60s who was rude, impolite, and sarcastic with the customers. She had a nasty attitude and disposition about herself

Paper checks are Sent out u can also go to irs.gov n click get my payment input ur info n it will give u a date u should receive it by mail direct deposits have been apply to accounts if u haven't recieved it if u do have direct deposit contact ur bank for further instructions n u can also get help on the www. irs.gov site.
