I paid Community Tax more than $4000 to help negotiate an IRS payment agreement and after promising in writing the agreement was in place, just received contrary notification from the IRS (tax lien) that nothing was in place and my life as I knew it is completely ruined. How do you sleep at night (executives, Tony Juliano, and Lindsey Settles) knowing that you take people’s money to negotiate on their behalf and do nothing, allowing the issue to cause total ruination of their lives? You took my money, lied about an agreement (which I have been paying) and have single-handedly ruined my life. Why would you do that to anyone, much less someone who came to you in good faith and paid thousands of dollars for a positive outcome. I don’t know how I can continue to live with this situation.

Consumer beware. The worst company to deal with. Extremely difficult to get an update on the status of your account. They tell you the have assigned an “agent” to your account then hear from others in the company and all have different information. Have been waiting for a call back for days now and still have no update. But getting notices from the IRS. I personally feel it would have been easier to deal with the IRS directly. I would advise anyone looking into this company to stay far away.

Terrible they charge you expensive and they don't fix anything for you the same thing they did I could do it by calling the IRS I don't recommend it they are scammers

I would be happier if they were more responsive on what was going on to have to call them or email them day after day week after week and not get a response is not good. It seems that they want their money upfront right away but you get no communication after.

It usually takes several months. Hang in there. They do a great job.
Community tax has been golden to me. They walked me through the entire process and are working on the resolution. Their responses were quick and effective. I do not have enough good things to say about how they have helped me and I'm not even done yet

I recommend you call them. They gave me very good service, and they keep you up to date with everything they are doing and they have good professionals.
I have called numerous times to my assigned attorney, her assistant , and my vase manager. No one answers or returns calls. So today I even tried the payment number.....no answer
