The employees at Liberty Tax on Broadway Street are without a doubt the best ever! Since I started going to Liberty Tax a few years ago, every visit has been enjoyable. They are quick but also effective. They offer you a liberty souvenir when you're finished. Last but not least, even though I work with Moiz, everyone there still says hello to you. Like a family, it is!

Highly unprofessional office. In March my taxes were filed. 3 months later I called and found out the person never submitted my forms. For 3 weeks employees kept telling me they would look into what happened and call me back. That never happened. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to speak to the manager and I keep getting blown off.

Repeat customer for almost 5 years with the same 2 jobs and they have went from $150 to $250. She said the government had a filing fee and they are passing it on to me. However the other place i went to didn't charge that and I didn't owe as much. Also, they were harassing me all year to come in with text coupons. When I showed her the $75 off she said it was a mistake and they meant to send that to new customers only. Are Yuu serious?! Why would new customers benefit over loyal customers. Also she was a novice and had to be supported by another employee. Not knowledgeable nor provide good customer service.
