This is a customer forum, so I don't have any access to the employee records, possibly no minority candidates applied. I have seen many customers of every nationality or race and from what I saw everyone was treated with the same courtesy and respect. Small operations frequently can seem to be out of balance with their hiring, but it is usually a matter of who applies. At University Hospital I had almost 60 direct reports, and only 5 were caucasian. I didn't seek out to hire staff from any particular group, I just made my best selection from the applicant pool. I suspect that is the same paradigm that SPB is working within. Hope that helps...
