My drive shaft broke in October 2021. I didn't want to push vehicle home even though I was 2 blocks away and I was alone. A 1992 chevrolet silverado.My driveshaft broke but the truck was able to roll. I called you guys and your driver pulled my truck from the rear axel broke my leaf springs and shocks in rear. I ended up paying out of pocket because you guys denied doing the damage. I sent pics and estimates. No way a drive shaft breaking could cause that damage. I talked to one of your drivers yesterday and explained and showed him the info. He even agreed with me. Overall AAA has been a wonderful company over the years.But you guys failed on this one.And today I was told by a AAA representative that they were going to block me on Facebook for any future comments.

Got the car towed to my house but it was 24 hrs late and they sent me a message saying the car had been dropped off so I had to call and track it down

I will just say this AAA has always helped professionally and I have been a premier member for a few years and have never regretted it until today's renewal and am informed I can no longer be a premier member because I used all my allotted service calls. To me this make AAA prejudice and discriminatory. So beware that they offer you a deal then when you use it they in turn punish you for using it. A classic membership is not the same as premier. And for anyone who travels or lives in rural areas the tow takes you 5 miles then you pay the rest of the way. So to some up AAA they want you to pay for a service but they don't want you to use what you actually pay for
