Yes, Jackson Hewitt offers multiple ways to file taxes for every comfort level. In addition to in-person appointments at Jackson Hewitt offices, you also have the option for limited contact drop-off (where you drop off your documents at an office and go), file with no contact via Tax Pro From Home, or file on your own via Jackson Hewitt Online.
We certainly do. You may drop off your taxes, and we can get your signatures via DocuSign or you can email us your tax info. We prefer you drop it off (can even do curve side drop-off) so we can make sure nothing is missing and also we can verify the Picture ID info while you are there. NOTE For 2022 tax season: Every one will be receiving two letters from the IRS in Jan, please save those and bring those to your tax preparer, I suggest that you make a copy and email to your self. Do not misplace those, very very important.
