You can write a letter if you wish; if he doesn’t respond or if you don’t trust him, you may come in for a free consultation about your options. I've been living in my apartment for 2 years in August 9th....I got a approved last year 2020 for rental assistance $5,000 in November now my no longer real estate told the new property manager I owed back rent and it was credit and now they telling me I owe for June/July this year... I got my receipt but the old property manager didn't tell me until March 2020 so from march, April, May I haven't paid but now they saying I do and that doesn't add up to $5000 and telling me I can get evicted before I go to court
