I been leaving her for almost 10 yrs without a lease. She is evicting me for having overnight company every now and then. I do not disturb anyone and I work 6 days a weeks. What can I do cause it's stressing me out.

If you are a tenant at will (no lease) your landlord can evict you without giving a reason but they must give you 7 or 30 days notice in writing

Ok no lease she can evict you go to the tenants right away see she can do this it's no lease she can evict you anytime she want to if it was a lease she would have to go through the process but she can't just throw you out she have to file the eviction process my advice get out call tenant right to see can you get the time to move
