It's the Great Lakes USO open now (during covid)? If so, can retired members enter to visit their active duty children?

I just tried today. They are closed until further notice due to covid.

Have no info re: your question. Retired personnel, with proper ID, (my limited experience), only need ask directions at entrance of facilities.
