Yes, on ground fires allowed. Just nothing on paved areas, not even raised fire pits. You see fire spots from earlier camping this year,but feel free to put your fire where you want.

As far as I know yes. But you might want to call the track. I am usually there for the NASCAR race. But we always stay at the gate 1 campsites.
