Do u think its right that i made reservations to pick up a car paid it in full get here for the owner to tell me theres no cars. Now i have to wait and hour ..should i get some money back ?? For there mess up

The only problem I had was the car was dirty when I picked it up but the owner wasn't there when I picked up. When I dropped off the owner was there and gave me a discount.

I think you should get a discount if they didn't have a car for you an everytiime i call or go there theres never a car an i have to wait days for one i really aint had a chance to drive any of the vehicles cause they never have them when i need one .Dont get me wrong im sure its a good business i just wish more cars for people to use when needed.
