I would suggest to find training for your dog to teach it to get along with other dogs before bringing your dog to the park at any time. Most people accept their dogs like actual family members and wouldn't like seeing one of their family members bullied my another dog, I included....JMO.
Maybe go mid day when no other dogs are there
