Came across J D’s Cycleworks via a YouTube video. I had gotten the itch to do performance improvements to my 17’ Road King Special. So I reached out, and gave Dave my vision and expectations, nothing crazy to be honest. He broke everything down and steered me toward some components, and talked me out of couple others. Once we nailed down the technical details, J took the helm and had everything sorted out. Come my appointment date, they took in my bike and got to working on it. They even found my front wheel was bent and they handled the Claim with the tire/wheel insurance. The work was said in done in a very reasonable amount of time, even with the unexpected wheel replacement. The bike was tuned to perfection and exceeded my expectations. So satisfied that I went back to get no tires through them when my rear OE tire started to develop some spitting along the radius of the thread. Due to the supply chain issues, we settled on my second choice for tires, Michelin Commander 3’s. They got me In, and found my front brake pads were on there last days, and showed me. The sorted my out with what I later learned are premium brake pads. They got me squared away and off I when. A few miles on the tires I stared to notice a strange vibration coming from the front on straightaways. I checked everything and I noticed that appears to be a manufacture defect. Reached out described the issue and they got me in for an inspection. The tire apparently still safe to ride on, I was asked to keep an eye on it and report back if there was any improvement or ange. Couple hundred miles in the issue persisted. They reached out to Michelin and warranted the tire. And got a replacement on and the new tire seem good to go. Long story short, they’re a solid shop that does very good work and strives to satisfy their customers. I will keep coming back for as long as they keep up the good work. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Optimum Customer service, they responded right away to my msg and scheduled me a appointment to dyno my bike. Update to my review, after Dave worked on my bike putting new commander 3 tires well balanced with Ride-on, installed 62mm HPi throttle body and manifold system with a new set of and bigger injectors, a new TTS Tuner and a well performed dyno with 126 hp and 140 torque on my 117 streetglide special 2019 I'm a very very very happy customer 😀, thank you Dave, I will be doing more business with you.
