Great for hiking! not ideal for road bikes. There is only about a mile of paved road and it is shared access with cars. Hiking trails not road bike friendly. Lots of people nountain bike thr trails but they have more skill and stronger nerves than average!
It's ok for hiking. You need a mountain bike to ride there. Huckleberry is better for hiking, trails are sweet
Great walking/hiking, great for mountain biking, but you would have w hard time with a stadard road bike. A tenspeed road bike might be ok, but a regular road bike would be miserable.
There are also plenty of beginner mountain bike trails as well. The outdoor Club Of Port Jervis leads beginner group rides.

Good hiking & mountain biking trails. Plenty of pavement for road bikes.
