I have now been living here for 2 months. As others have noted the apartments have been renovated and are spacious. The manager and his assistant are only a phone call away from any problems that occur. If you have been looking for an affordable, clean place to rent this is it.

My fiancée and I were looking all over for apartments within the Middletown/Matamoras area which everything was unavailable/high price. My fiancée pointed out Tudor Gardens with its lowest rent that we have found within Orange County and we jumped on the opportunity. The rent is by far the lowest we have seen and what astounds is is that our unit has been one of the very few units that have been remodeled! We both love our apartment for not only being newly renovated, pet friendly and cheaper than all apartments but we love it for our hardworking maintenance staff and management for quick turnaround times for any issues with the unit inside and out! I definitely recommend all to look into Tudor Gardens for their next home!

These apartments are spacious and affordable. We were surprised by how much space and storage there is. The property manager and maintenance person are very friendly and helpful. We had called for a couple of things and they got fixed quickly. There is central gas heating and a gas oven/stove. Water and gas are included, so it's a pretty good deal. We have been here for about 5 months, and we really fell in love with Port Jervis. We even had a deer come up to our window one night. We are very happy we moved here.
