Is it possible to drive up to the top at midnight in the summer? I think it will be a good spot to photograph the Milky Way.

They lock the gate in the evening....I used to live on Orange Street in Port Jervis. We used to walk up at night.

I believe the park closes at 9 or 10. But you can always go up and park outside the gate and walk through
