Sunrise to sunset
Generally sunrise to sunset, however, the road to the mountain top is gated from December 1 until April 1. Hiking trails are open and you can still walk up the road to the top.
Can't be absolutely sure but,I think it's 8am to 6 or 7pm depending upon the time of season
I think it's open all hours if used properly. They have night rides & hikes sometimes.
